Dr. Hackney is a graduate of Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, and the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, New York, New York.
Dr. Hackney served her internship and residency at Howard University Hospital where she is now an Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Licensed in Medicine and Surgery in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, Dr. Hackney is also Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
